The Learning Workshop is also a training centre.
We offer a cycle of four classes to complete your training in primitive reflexes or to start a course with the aim of becoming a practitioner.
You can also access a three-session online training course on reflexes related to neuromotor development in the under three year olds.

The Background To Primitive Reflexes
Primitive and postural reflexes form the basis of the neurological structure and are essential for normal motor, sensory and cognitive development of infants, children and adults.
The non-integration of a reflex causes a kind of "interference" in our body and brain. A non-integrated reflex overloads the nervous system and reduces learning capacity.
At the Learning Workshop, primitive reflexes form the basis of our approach to detecting barriers formed in the early years, remedying learning difficulties, attention problems, difficulties with social interaction or physical dysfunction.

My daughter was 4 years old when her mistress called me to tell me about some of the difficulties she had noticed: graphic gesture, coordination, concentration and physical ease, which contrasted with her alertness. She then advised me to see a psychomotrician. I didn't have one in my address book, however, I knew about the apprenticeship workshop, which I had already attended with my two boys (aged 11 and 8), so it seemed obvious to me that this is where I should go. And I was not mistaken, 8 sessions and 8 months later, very gently, the progress was noticed. My daughter is less tense in class, she has clearly improved her graphic gesture, and without realizing it, has gained in stability and concentration. I am convinced of the approach taken at the learning workshop, and I can only encourage parents who wish to support their children in their development, to try the experience.
